What you'll do

As an AI and Analytics Associate at Instawork, you will play a crucial role in the GTM Operations and Analytics team — your primary responsibility will be to conduct research that identifies and evaluates key strategic trends in the industry. You will develop a single point of view on how to operate the business effectively, leveraging your analytical skills to provide insights that drive decision-making.

You will partner closely with various stakeholders, including Finance, Sales, and Account Management, to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives — your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly will be essential in fostering collaboration across teams. You will also be involved in designing scalable systems and automated workflows that enhance the efficiency of the GTM organization.

Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices — you will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems that support revenue generation.
