You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages. If you hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, that’s a plus. You possess a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, and you have experience developing accessible technologies. Your background allows you to bring fresh ideas from various areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, and large-scale system design.

You are versatile and display leadership qualities, eager to tackle new problems across the full-stack as technology continues to evolve.
