You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in building scalable production systems. You’ve owned services from design through deployment and have a wealth of experience debugging complex distributed systems issues. Your deep expertise in Java and Spring allows you to ship high-throughput APIs that handle millions of requests, and you have strong opinions on service architecture, dependency injection, and testing strategies. You are familiar with industry best practices in software development and operations, and you are eager to share your knowledge to help improve your team's engineering skills.
