Airbnb is seeking a Supply Tech Lead to drive the strategy and execution of their incubation platform. You'll partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions and own the platform roadmap. This role requires a blend of technical execution and business consulting skills.
You have a strong background in technology and business strategy, with experience leading teams in a tech environment. You understand the nuances of platform development and have a proven track record of driving projects from conception to execution. Your ability to collaborate across functions is key, as you will work closely with Product Marketing and Engineering teams to identify business problems and deliver effective solutions. You are comfortable making build vs. buy decisions and have a strategic mindset that allows you to see the bigger picture while managing the details of platform execution. In this role, you will own the platform roadmap for Airbnb's internal experimentation capabilities, ensuring that the platform supports the needs of over 1.5 million hosts across multiple programs. You will lead the strategy for the incubation platform, working with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and evaluate potential solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing the execution of projects, ensuring that they graduate from pilot to core infrastructure effectively. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of rapid experimentation within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and collaboration.
