Code Reviewer for LLM Data Training (R)

Who you are

You have 5–7+ years of experience in R development, QA, or code review — your deep expertise in R syntax, debugging, and testing allows you to assess code functionality effectively. You are comfortable using code execution environments and testing tools, ensuring that the code meets strict quality guidelines. Your excellent written communication and documentation skills enable you to provide constructive feedback to annotators, maintaining high standards in the evaluation process.

You have experience working with structured QA or annotation workflows — you understand the importance of following guidelines for evaluation integrity and consistency. Your proficiency in English at a B2, C1, C2, or Native level ensures clear communication with team members and stakeholders. You are passionate about AI and have a keen interest in contributing to the development of AI technologies.

Desirable

Experience in AI is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to understand the context of the evaluations you are reviewing. Familiarity with the latest trends in AI and machine learning will be beneficial in this role, allowing you to provide insights that improve the quality of the training data.

What you'll do

In this role, you will review and audit annotator evaluations of AI-generated R code — your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the evaluations follow the prompt instructions and that the code is functionally correct and secure. You will validate code snippets using proof-of-work methodology, identifying inaccuracies in annotator ratings or explanations. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of the evaluation process, and you will work within Project Atlas guidelines to ensure consistency across evaluations.

You will provide constructive feedback to annotators, helping them improve their evaluation skills and adhere to quality standards. Your insights will contribute to the overall success of the AI training projects, ensuring that the data used for training is accurate and reliable. You will collaborate with other team members to discuss findings and share best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
