What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the compliance filings for Agoda Services Co., Ltd, ensuring adherence to tax regulations in all countries where the company operates. You will implement and set up systems for new registrations related to indirect taxes, working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting. Your responsibilities will include liaising with Agoda's tax and legal advisors to address any compliance issues that arise. You will also interact with the US parent company and international offices, providing guidance on tax-related matters. Your role will involve monitoring changes in tax legislation and assessing their impact on the company's operations. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting tax returns and ensuring timely payments of taxes owed. Additionally, you will assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to support compliance efforts.
