SoFi is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead the Agent Nesting Program, ensuring new agents transition successfully into their roles. This position requires strong leadership and program management skills.
You have a proven track record in training and development, with experience in managing training programs that enhance employee performance. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively guide a team of Training Support Specialists, ensuring they provide the necessary coaching and support to new agents. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in learning and operational environments, to create impactful training experiences. You understand the importance of performance metrics and are committed to helping agents achieve their targets through structured training methodologies.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with mobile-first technology and innovative training solutions. You are comfortable using data to inform training strategies and are always looking for ways to improve the learning experience for new hires.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the Agent Nesting Program. This includes developing the program's structure, content, and scheduling to ensure a smooth transition for new agents from classroom training to real-world application. You will lead a team of Training Support Specialists, providing them with the guidance and resources they need to succeed in their roles. Collaboration with the Learning & Delivery team will be essential as you work to align training objectives with operational goals. You will monitor agent performance and provide feedback to continuously improve the training process, ensuring that all agents meet their performance targets.
