What you'll do

In this role, you will execute regular payroll processing tasks for both the US and Canada, ensuring precision and timeliness in every aspect of payroll operations. You will serve as a process owner, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance payroll efficiency. You will collaborate with various departments, including Accounting, HR, and Legal, to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits and reconciliations, generating payroll reports, and supporting medium-complexity projects aligned with the team's key results. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every employee is paid correctly and on time, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
