What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics across first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile logistics operations. You will collaborate closely with the Logistics Operation Team to enhance the overall performance of the delivery process. Your work will involve creating new reports and dashboards that encompass all aspects of transportation, ensuring that no area is overlooked.

You will engage with various stakeholders, including hub managers and operational specialists, to identify problem statements and work collaboratively to develop solutions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in breaking down complex logistics challenges and communicating outcomes effectively to the team and management.

As part of your responsibilities, you will also conduct in-depth data analyses to support decision-making processes and drive improvements in logistics operations. Your insights will play a key role in enhancing consumer satisfaction and optimizing Coupang's logistics performance in Taiwan.
