Team

Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).

Role

  • Build and grow your dream team

    • Recruit outstanding UA talent and help them thrive.

    • Coach underperformers and make tough calls when necessary.

    • Create a performance-driven, collaborative team culture.

    Lead performance marketing strategy across multiple game launches

    • Define tunnel-wide growth strategies for your entire gaming portfolio.

    • Partner with studios to align on targets, timings, and tactics.

    • Own flawless execution—your team delivers, no matter what.

    Personally manage our top-performing games

    • Take direct ownership of UA for some of our highest-priority titles.

    • Set the standard for strategy, execution, and performance within the team.

    • Lead by example through hands-on campaign management and optimization.

    Boost performance, every day

    • Dive into campaign data to identify opportunities and signals.

    • Increase ROAS across channels through creative iteration and data insights.

    • Set up clear forecasting, pacing, and growth reporting.

    Collaborate to unlock growth multipliers

    • Partner closely with studios, product managers, creative strategists, data scientists and more.

    • Shape product decisions through a growth lens.

    • Test bold ideas and deploy innovative UA tactics across the portfolio.

    Shape the tools that power our growth

    • Use our in-house UA automation systems.

    Provide structured feedback to stakeholders in order to continuously improve performance.
    Be a thought leader

    • Share UA insights and growth innovations across the org.

    • Mentor peers and contribute to a learning culture.

    • Drive cross-functional initiatives that raise the bar for growth excellence.

Profile

  • Battle-tested in mobile gaming UA

    • 5+ years in performance marketing / UA, with real impact on high-scale mobile games.

  • Proven leadership experience

    • You've led and grown high-performing teams and know how to spot (and coach) top talent.

  • Paid acquisition expert

    • Mastery of major UA platforms: Meta, TikTok, Applovin, AdMob, DSPs…

    • Deep understanding of MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust), SKAN, and attribution dynamics.

  • Analytical & creative problem-solver

    • Comfortable navigating spreadsheets, statistical tools, and creative testing frameworks.

    • You know when to trust your gut—and when to trust the data.

  • Experimentation mindset

    • You think in test plans and incremental wins.

    • You structure learning loops that scale.

  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable

    • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

    • You get things done and keep pushing the frontier.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator

    • You drive alignment across disciplines and keep people inspired.

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus, but not a must.)
