About the project

We are looking for a Tech Lead with deep expertise in backend development using .NET Core and Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will provide technical leadership to a cross-functional development team, guide architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and drive adoption of engineering best practices.You’ll work on scalable, cloud-native applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A strong background in API-first design, modern DevOps practices, and data security standards for financial applications is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive front-end applications
• Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture decisions, and DevOps best practices
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Oversee the implementation of secure and compliant solutions, especially in finance-related environments
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, especially in AI-assisted development

 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET technologies
• 5+ years of experience in software development with React technologies
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role, ideally in cross-functional agile teams
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and Docker-based deployments
• Experience in full-stack development, with a focus on backend architecture
• Solid understanding of modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code)
• Exposure to security and compliance requirements (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
