What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Ads Reporting team, you will lead two core workstreams: Reporting Foundations and Proactive Reporting. In the Reporting Foundations workstream, your focus will be on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and data correctness of the Ads Reporting platform. You will enhance monitoring systems and build robust data pipelines to support the fast-growing ads business.

In the Proactive Reporting workstream, you will work closely with your team to deliver actionable recommendations and deeper insights to advertisers through Ads Manager. Your leadership will shape how Reddit communicates its value to advertisers, empowering them to achieve their goals on the platform.

You will collaborate with product management and design teams to discover and build innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
