このポジションは、消費財事業本部ドラッグストア事業部に所属し、子育て・介護に関連したカテゴリーをリードいただきます。担当カテゴリーの短期・中長期戦略、並びにアクションプランの立案・実行に加えて、P/Lの目標達成にもコミット頂きます。

1. 担当カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と進捗管理 予算作成・実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち、担当カテゴリーの売上・利益目標を設定し、その実行プロセスを管理します。
2. 販売データ・市場動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善、販売データ・市場動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善を行います。
3. 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化、仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関して分析を行い、最適な仕入れ計画を立案し、それを実行します。
4. ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立 日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを確立・維持するとともに、より複雑な状況下においても戦略的判断に基づきパートナーシップの維持・強化を行います。
5. WEBを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売（対メーカー）関係者との協働を通じて、webを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、それを実行します。
6. 社内関連部署との連携 シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署（事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ウェブ制作担当者、およびマーケティング部門など）と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。
7. プロジェクトへの参画 全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして実績を残します。

- 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
