Navan is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support their corporate legal team with public company reporting and corporate governance. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are a detail-oriented and organized paralegal with experience supporting corporate legal teams. You have a strong understanding of public company reporting and corporate governance, and you excel at managing subsidiary administration and corporate transactions. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders ensures compliance and accurate reporting. You thrive in environments that require meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience with SEC filings and corporate governance documents is a plus. Familiarity with managing virtual data rooms and corporate transactions will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will assist with public company reporting, including preparing SEC filings such as Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and Form 8-K. You will manage subsidiary governance and filings, ensuring compliance with securities laws and monitoring insider trading policies. You will draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents, including board resolutions and meeting minutes, while supporting the preparation of board and committee meeting materials. Your responsibilities will also include managing the board portal and coordinating corporate governance activities for subsidiaries.
Navan offers a competitive salary range of $67,500 to $121,000 USD, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the company's legal operations.
