Overview

TaxBit is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive enterprise adoption of their SaaS platform for tax reporting and compliance in the digital asset space. This role requires strategic thinking and a consultative approach to sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a SaaS environment, and possess strong consultative skills that enable you to understand and address client needs effectively. Your experience in the financial or technology sectors gives you a solid foundation to engage with enterprise clients, particularly in the realm of compliance and tax reporting for digital assets. You are adept at building relationships and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can articulate the value of Taxbit's solutions clearly and persuasively. You are results-driven and motivated by achieving targets, and you understand the importance of aligning your sales strategies with the broader goals of the organization.

Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech space is a plus, as it allows you to bring valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by clients in this industry. Familiarity with tax compliance and reporting requirements for digital assets will enhance your ability to engage with prospects and clients effectively. A background in account management or business development will also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills needed to nurture long-term client relationships.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Executive at TaxBit, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of the Taxbit Flex platform across various enterprise clients. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that address their compliance and reporting challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap.

You will engage in strategic conversations with key decision-makers, leveraging your expertise to build trust and credibility. Your ability to analyze market trends and client feedback will inform your sales strategies, enabling you to position Taxbit as a leader in the digital asset compliance space. You will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and achieving quarterly sales targets.
