What you'll do

In this role, you will define the vision for and build an industry-leading suite of autonomy data labeling tools. You will work closely with autonomy engineers to ensure that they have access to high-quality labeled data in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing features that enhance the efficiency of data annotation workflows, as well as optimizing existing tools for better performance.

You will collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable software solutions. Your work will directly impact the performance of Nuro's autonomous systems, making it crucial for the success of the company's mission.

You will also be involved in iterative testing and experimentation to continuously improve the quality of labeled data. This will require you to analyze user feedback and performance metrics to inform your development decisions. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process.
