Sr. SWE for Code Reviewing LLM Data Training (Ruby)

Who you are

You have 5–7+ years of experience in Ruby development, QA, or code review — your deep expertise in Ruby syntax, metaprogramming, debugging, and testing makes you a valuable asset in ensuring code quality. You are comfortable using code execution environments and debugging tools, and your excellent written communication skills allow you to provide constructive feedback effectively.

Your strong knowledge of the Ruby ecosystem, including RubyGems and testing frameworks like RSpec and Minitest, enables you to assess the functionality and security of Ruby code snippets. You understand the importance of following strict quality guidelines and are committed to maintaining high annotation standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will review and audit annotator evaluations of AI-generated Ruby code, ensuring that the code follows prompt instructions and is functionally correct. You will validate code snippets using proof-of-work methodology and identify inaccuracies in annotator ratings or explanations. Your role will involve providing constructive feedback to maintain high annotation standards and working within Project Atlas guidelines for evaluation integrity and consistency.

You will collaborate with data annotators to ensure they adhere to strict quality guidelines related to instruction-following, factual correctness, and code functionality. Your expertise will help guide the team in maintaining high standards for AI training opportunities, including annotation, evaluation, fact-checking, and content review.
