What you'll do

As a Senior UX Designer at SolarWinds, you will lead the design efforts for SolarWinds Observability – Logs, focusing on creating intuitive user experiences that simplify complex workflows. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user pain points. Your role will involve conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas and facilitate discussions with the team. You will also mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to elevate the overall design quality within the team. Your contributions will directly impact how IT teams interact with our products, enabling them to troubleshoot and analyze logs more efficiently.
