Stacks is looking for a fiercely ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Amsterdam as one of our initial GTM hires!
In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales team to create and execute our GTM strategy at Stacks. If you’re excited by the idea of limitless growth and fast-paced challenges, this is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career as you help shape the future of Stacks.
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Take full ownership of outbound prospecting into Mid-Market and Enterprise Companies across the UK.
Outbound Strategy: Craft outreach campaigns across email, pick up the phone, and use LinkedIn to generate leads.
Discovery & Qualification: Engage prospective customers to understand their challenges and identify fit with Stacks.
Product Mastery: Quickly ramp up on our product and the month-end close space to confidently pitch our solution and clearly communicate our value to prospects.
Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with GTM to refine our messaging, improve outreach strategy, and build a repeatable outbound motion.
Growth Opportunity: As an early BDR hire, you’ll help shape the foundation of our outbound function.
1–3 Years of SaaS BDR Experience: You’ve already been a BDR/SDR and have a proven ability to book meetings with Mid-Market or Enterprise companies.

Coachability & Drive: You’re eager to learn, take feedback well, and constantly improve.
Clear Communicator: Whether in writing, on the phone, or over video, you know how to get a point across in a clear way.

Understanding of the UK market: Familiarity with the UK enterprise finance ecosystem is a great plus
