What you'll do

In this role, you will own and run workplace programs from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and a consistently positive employee experience. You will collaborate closely with the AMERs Sr. Workplace Manager and various REW pillars, including Leasing, Workplace Experience, and Corporate Security. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing workplace services that support employee engagement and operational collaboration. You will also be involved in analytics and global operations to ensure that workplace strategies align with OpenAI's mission. You will work on optimizing facilities and services to create an environment that fosters productivity and innovation. Your role will require you to be in the office five days a week, where you will engage with employees and stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements.
