You have significant experience in supply chain management, ideally within the foodtech industry, and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and productivity. You possess a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, PDCA, and VSM, which you have successfully implemented in previous roles. You are fluent in English, enabling you to thrive in an international work environment. You are committed to fostering a safe and healthy workplace, aiming for a zero-accident culture.
Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with supply chain management software and tools. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and have a knack for motivating your team to embrace change and innovation.
