Fundwell is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to collaborate with sales leadership in Cape Town. You'll focus on team structure, career development, and performance management. This role requires a strategic mindset and experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience in a sales environment. You understand the nuances of performance management and have a data-oriented approach to analyzing performance patterns. Your excellent judgment allows you to navigate sensitive situations, such as compensation disputes and interpersonal conflicts, with ease. You are comfortable operating autonomously while maintaining connections with global leadership, and you balance empathy for people with accountability to results. You thrive in environments with high-performing, competitive personalities and are skilled at helping first-time managers transition from individual contributors to effective team leaders.
In this role, you will partner closely with the sales leadership team in Cape Town to address team structure, career development, and capacity planning. You will advise sales managers on performance issues and pipeline concerns, providing guidance on how to effectively coach their representatives. Your focus will be on building a high-performing, sustainable culture as the company scales. You will help new sales managers learn to lead for the first time, coaching them through performance plateaus and resolving conflicts before they impact team dynamics.
