Overview

Pleo is seeking a Senior Channel Partner Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their partner channel in the UKI region. This role requires a hands-on approach to scaling existing partnerships and creating new ones, driving revenue growth.

Who you are

You have a strong background in channel partnerships, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of building and maintaining successful partnerships and have a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic collaboration. You are entrepreneurial in spirit, always looking for new opportunities to expand the partner network and enhance existing relationships. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex challenges to deliver results. You are passionate about helping businesses improve their spend management processes and are excited about the impact your work can have on customers.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech or spend management industry would be a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and the ability to analyze partnership performance metrics to inform strategy is highly desirable. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking to improve your approach and the outcomes of your partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the partner channel strategy for the UKI region, working closely with the partnerships team to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities. You will be responsible for scaling the existing network of partners, ensuring that they are engaged and supported to drive mutual success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals.
