NextRoll is seeking a Principal Integrated Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact across brand and demand marketing. This role requires strong strategic thinking and campaign management skills.
You have extensive experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are adept at setting processes that ensure seamless execution across multiple channels. In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns for NextRoll's products, AdRoll and AdRoll ABM. You will lead brainstorming sessions to develop campaign themes and narratives that resonate with target audiences. You will define measurable objectives and KPIs for each campaign, ensuring alignment with leadership and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating messaging, creative development, and channel strategy to deliver high-impact campaigns. You will analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and report on results to the team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure that campaigns are aligned with overall business goals. Your role is critical in scaling NextRoll's growth and establishing best-in-class marketing execution.
