Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Relativity, you will play a crucial role in the development of the Terran R vehicle, contributing to the software that powers our rockets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including propulsion, manufacturing, and avionics, to ensure that our software solutions meet the demands of our innovative projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing software systems that are robust, efficient, and scalable, as well as participating in code reviews and providing feedback to your peers.

You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and maintenance. This includes writing high-quality code, conducting testing and debugging, and ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of reliability and performance. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, helping to establish best practices and promote a culture of excellence within the team.

In addition to your technical contributions, you will have the chance to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their careers. You will be an advocate for innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and the exploration of new technologies that can enhance our capabilities.
