Beekeeper is seeking an Onboarding Customer Success Manager to guide EMEA customers through the implementation and rollout of their product. You'll partner with clients to understand their goals and drive product adoption. This role requires 4-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Project Management.
You have 4-5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in B2B Customer Success, Consulting, Project Management, or Account Management. You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with customers at all levels, including VPs and Directors. Your ability to consult on change and project management is well-developed, enabling you to guide customers through their implementation journeys. You are comfortable running both onsite and online workshops, connecting various stakeholders from frontline workers to management. Your experience includes conducting product training sessions and helping customers define their use cases and app structures. You are passionate about sharing best practices and inspiring customers to create successful implementation and rollout plans. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to drive product usage and adoption.
In this role, you will partner with customers to understand their strategic goals and desired business outcomes, ensuring that their implementation of Beekeeper by LumApps is successful. You will engage with customers at all levels, facilitating discussions that align their objectives with the capabilities of the product. Your responsibilities will include consulting on change management and project management, ensuring that customers are well-prepared for the transition. You will run workshops that connect various stakeholders, helping to bridge the gap between frontline workers and management. Conducting product training will be a key part of your role, as you assist customers in identifying and defining their use cases and app structure. You will share best practices and inspire customers to develop effective implementation and rollout plans. Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product usage and adoption, meeting or exceeding customer objectives.
