You have a strong background in decision science and risk management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You understand the intricacies of financial risk and have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk policies. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to shape product strategies that align with business goals. You are passionate about empowering users and enhancing their financial experiences through innovative solutions.
Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with credit products and their associated risks. In this role, you will take full ownership of the product's risk policies and strategies, ensuring they align with the company's mission to provide flexible rent payment solutions. You will set ambitious goals for the product's unit economics and identify pathways to achieve them, ensuring sustainable growth for the company. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the overall product strategy, leveraging your expertise to guide decision-making processes.
