Who you are

You are a data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset, ready to take on the role of Senior Rewards Specialist at Careem. With experience in managing compensation frameworks, you understand the importance of equitable and scalable compensation structures. You enjoy collaborating with various business units to ensure that the rewards strategy aligns with organizational goals. Your problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex compensation cycles and deliver high-quality results. You are detail-oriented, ensuring zero-error delivery and maintaining high data hygiene throughout the rewards cycle management process. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of annual and mid-year compensation reviews and bonus cycles, ensuring that all processes are executed flawlessly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build frameworks that enhance the rewards strategy, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization and its employees. You will analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. Your role will involve communicating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on compensation matters. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to compensation processes. As part of the Talent Centre of Excellence, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience through effective rewards management.
