In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of annual and mid-year compensation reviews and bonus cycles, ensuring that all processes are executed flawlessly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build frameworks that enhance the rewards strategy, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization and its employees. You will analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. Your role will involve communicating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on compensation matters. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to compensation processes. As part of the Talent Centre of Excellence, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience through effective rewards management.
