Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering happiness to customers. You understand the importance of a positive customer experience and are eager to contribute to reintroducing joy into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role would be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, as you will be the face of Carvana during deliveries. Being adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, is important for success in this position.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers during the delivery process, answering any questions they may have and providing them with information about their new vehicle. Your role will involve not only delivering cars but also building relationships with customers and contributing to a positive community presence.

You will be expected to work various shifts, including early mornings and evenings, and be available to work seven days a week. Your schedule will include rotating days off, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in performance-based incentive programs, which can enhance your earnings based on your contributions and success in the role.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at three-month intervals, with the potential to earn up to $19/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
