Netomi is seeking a Product Analyst to design and deploy large-scale Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure successful deployments. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills.
You have a strong background in product analysis and are comfortable working with complex business processes. Your experience includes designing and architecting solutions that leverage AI technologies to enhance customer experiences. You are adept at translating technical requirements into actionable plans and guiding teams through the implementation process. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in AI-driven workflows. Experience with AI technologies and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with customer experience management. As an Agentic Product Analyst at Netomi, you will take on the responsibility of designing and deploying AI solutions tailored for enterprise customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and translate those into AI-driven workflows that enhance their operations. Your role will involve defining integration blueprints and ensuring that all technical aspects of the deployment are executed flawlessly. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Integration Engineers, and QA teams to ensure that every deployment meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. You will also be involved in continuous improvement efforts, analyzing deployment outcomes and making recommendations for enhancements. Your strategic insights will help shape the future of AI solutions at Netomi, driving efficiency and innovation across customer journeys.
