Carvana is seeking a Part Time Customer Advocate to enhance the customer experience at their unique Vending Machine locations. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and offers competitive hourly pay starting at $18.

Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and enhance their overall experience with Carvana's innovative Vending Machine.
You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. You understand the importance of community involvement and are eager to represent Carvana positively in the local area. Your ability to adapt to different shifts, whether opening or closing, demonstrates your commitment to the role and the team.
Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role would be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs better. A valid driver's license is required, and being at least 21 years old is essential for this position.
As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, helping customers navigate the unique Vending Machine experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and provide information about the services offered at Carvana.
You will also play a vital role in building relationships with the local community, representing Carvana in a positive light. Your involvement may include participating in community events or initiatives that align with Carvana's mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.
Your shift will either be during the opening hours from 7 am to 3 pm on weekends or the closing hours from 1 pm to 9 pm on weekends. This flexibility allows you to balance your work with other commitments while contributing to a growing company.
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, with the potential to earn up to $20 per hour through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program. This program provides merit opportunities every 90 days, allowing you to boost your earnings quickly.
