What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will own and lead the development of Sardine's compliance and financial crime prevention platform. You will design, build, and maintain critical systems that power KYC onboarding, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting capabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing new features at scale and driving the technical strategy for the platform.

You will refine internal tooling and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the systems you develop meet the highest standards of security and performance. You will also mentor engineers, helping them to improve their skills and advance their careers.

Your role will involve significant ownership across the platform, allowing you to influence decisions and drive improvements. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
