Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Auto Interior Repair Technician to join their team in Trenton, OH. You'll be responsible for repairing various automotive interior components and ensuring high-quality service. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of professional automotive interior repair experience, demonstrating a strong skill set in repairing damaged cloth, leather, plastic, and vinyl upholstery. Your expertise extends to repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching, ensuring that every detail meets high standards of quality. You are proficient in color matching and dying cloth and fabric, which is essential for restoring interiors to their original condition. Additionally, you possess the ability to repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields, showcasing your versatility in automotive repair.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives you to deliver exceptional results in every repair task. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication, understanding that working closely with colleagues enhances the overall service experience.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. Experience with advanced repair techniques or specialized tools can set you apart as a candidate. A valid driver’s license is essential, as is the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Interior Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a variety of interior repair tasks on vehicles. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the condition of automotive interiors and determining the best repair methods to restore them to their original state. You will work on repairing damaged upholstery, including cloth, leather, and vinyl, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards.

You will also be tasked with repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, and headliners, utilizing your skills to address any issues that arise.
