Amazon is seeking a Product Manager for Global Accounts Receivable to drive the development and management of AR tools. You'll work closely with finance operations and technology teams to enhance receivables accuracy and speed. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
You are a self-driven Receivables Product Manager with a strong owner’s mindset and relentless customer advocacy. You have a process-oriented approach and a keen eye for detail, with significant experience working alongside finance operations and finance technology teams. Your robust interpersonal and influencing skills enable you to define business requirements across global teams effectively, driving receivables accuracy and speed. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working independently, diving deep into issues, resolving conflicts, and demonstrating a high level of ownership in your work.
You thrive in environments where you can reshape operations through innovative product development and service delivery. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly using data and analytics sets you apart, and you are adept at building and maintaining mechanisms for tool feedback and enhancement requests. You are experienced in writing comprehensive Business Requirement Documents that support application development, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
Experience in managing Receivables applications in a run state and supporting new application development and implementation would be advantageous. Familiarity with product lifecycle processes, including research and analysis, planning, requirements development, and product launch, is also beneficial.
In this role, you will drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, ensuring that each phase is meticulously planned and executed. You will translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams, ensuring that the end product aligns with customer needs and business goals. Your role will involve thinking big and leveraging data and analytics to communicate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
You will build, maintain, and enhance the intake mechanism for tools feedback, enhancement requests, and production issues, ensuring that the product continuously evolves based on user input and operational needs. Writing comprehensive Business Requirement Documents will be a key responsibility, as you support the development of applications that meet the needs of the business and its customers.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you manage prioritization and ensure that all voices are heard in the product development process. You will be expected to dive deep into issues, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate a high level of ownership over your projects, ensuring that the best results are achieved for customers.
