Achievers is seeking a Strategic Solutions Consultant to act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to drive enterprise-level deals. This role requires strong consultative selling skills and the ability to engage with C-suite executives.
You are a Strategic Solutions Consultant with a strong background in consultative selling and a deep understanding of employee experience platforms. You possess excellent communication skills and can translate complex client needs into practical solutions that align with product capabilities. Your experience includes engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, allowing you to uncover business challenges and quantify value effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams to accelerate large enterprise-level deals. Your strategic thinking and product expertise enable you to influence decision-making and drive revenue growth.
Experience in HR or employee engagement solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise-level sales processes. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can articulate the value of solutions to diverse stakeholders.
In this role, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate large enterprise-level deals by bridging client needs with Achievers’ Employee Experience Platform™. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your product expertise to design tailored solutions that meet client objectives. Engaging with C-suite executives, you will uncover business challenges and quantify the value of Achievers’ platform on employee engagement and retention. You will ensure that prospects and customers understand the full impact of the platform on their business performance. Your consultative approach will involve conducting needs assessments, presenting solutions, and facilitating discussions that lead to successful outcomes.
