What you'll do

In this role, you will manage casualty claims directly while leading internal and external claims processes to achieve positive results. You will utilize analytics to drive strategic improvements across auto liability, general liability, and workers' compensation. Your responsibilities will include enhancing risk mitigation strategies and supporting process automation initiatives. You will work closely with a technical risk team, reporting to a Senior Manager within Risk Management, to manage Netflix's insured and self-funded claims. You will be expected to provide simple, intuitive, and actionable insights based on your analysis, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the risk management team.
