You have a strong background in sales finance and business operations, ideally with experience in developing strategies for complex deals. Your analytical skills allow you to provide valuable insights and support to sales and finance teams, ensuring compliance and efficiency in processes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results and improve workflows.
You understand the importance of financial compliance and have experience in structuring and approving significant transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including sales leadership and legal teams, enables you to navigate complex situations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Experience in a Deal Desk or similar role is a plus, as is familiarity with sales contracting processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
In this role, you will act as a business partner to Sales and Finance, developing strategies for complex deals with a focus on financial and revenue compliance. You will execute against and maintain the EMEA geographic Deal Desk support framework, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and efficient. Your contributions will help the sales team and leadership make informed decisions that drive revenue growth.
You will collaborate daily with various customer-focused functions within the organization, including the Executive Leadership Team, Sales, Tech Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance. Your role will involve structuring and approving significant transactions, which will play a crucial part in crafting future contracts that support Elastic's growth objectives.
