Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a marketing role. Your background includes assessing and achieving client success through effective questioning and objection handling, demonstrating your ability to engage clients effectively. You possess experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing, showcasing your understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics. You have the ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy, which is essential for connecting with clients and understanding their business needs. You are committed to maximizing customer success and have a passion for sales, which drives you to find innovative solutions that deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, consistently achieving quotas to drive growth. You will pitch and consult with customers proactively, supporting annual digital marketing discussions and budgets. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement. You will drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. Building trusted relationships with customers will be key, as you uncover their business needs and translate them into powerful solutions to help them achieve their most ambitious goals. You will collaborate closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on the millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google with their most important goals.
