ServiceNow Senior Engineer

Who you are

You have a strong background in ServiceNow engineering, with a proven track record of leading medium to high-complexity projects. Your experience includes working with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, HAM, and Procurement, and you thrive on solving complex problems while understanding the bigger picture. You are comfortable working independently and often take ownership of entire initiatives or workstreams, mentoring others along the way. You are passionate about enabling smart, efficient, and scalable solutions through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the company. You understand how to gather business needs and translate them into scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience and optimize internal operations. Your strategic mindset enables you to influence platform direction effectively, ensuring that platform standards and processes are followed.

Desirable

Experience with additional ServiceNow modules or integrations is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools and methodologies. A background in process improvement or change management can also enhance your candidacy, as you will be expected to drive internal transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable features across various ServiceNow modules.
