You are a proactive individual with a strong command of both French and English, ready to engage with employees and managers at Amazon. You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to effectively resolve HR queries related to the employee life-cycle. As an HR Contact Center Associate, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing their queries through various channels including phone, live chat, and email. You will handle a wide range of HR-related inquiries, from benefits and payroll to onboarding and terminations. Your role will involve referring to standard operating procedures and documentation to provide accurate information and escalate issues when necessary.
You will take ownership of each employee contact, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
