Bloomerang is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales and manage a robust sales pipeline in the nonprofit sector. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and leadership skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in acquiring new customers and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your strategic thinking and leadership abilities enable you to effectively drive results in a competitive environment. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with your sales team. You are proactive in your approach, generating leads through various channels, including social media and networking.
Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by organizations in this space. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve your sales techniques and strategies.
As a Senior Account Executive at Bloomerang, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust sales pipeline that is approximately twice your sales quota. You will generate around 30% of your pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, including leveraging LinkedIn and other networking opportunities. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Bloomerang's powerful giving platform as a solution to help them achieve their goals.
You will collaborate closely with your sales team to strategize and execute effective sales campaigns, ensuring that you are aligned with the company's mission and values. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will inform your approach, allowing you to tailor your sales tactics to meet the evolving needs of nonprofits.
In addition to driving sales, you will also play a key role in contributing to Bloomerang's impact in the nonprofit industry.
