You are a trusted advisor, capable of providing insights on industry trends and emerging technologies that can benefit clients. Your ability to mentor and share knowledge within your organization is a key strength, as you create reusable artifacts and improve processes for the team.

You excel in designing scalable and secure cloud architectures tailored to meet specific customer needs. Your technical expertise allows you to communicate complex concepts in a way that highlights their business value, ensuring that solutions are not only achievable but also aligned with customer objectives. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.

Desirable

Experience with various cloud platforms beyond AWS is a plus, as is familiarity with industry best practices in cloud architecture. You may also have a background in sales engineering or customer-facing roles, which enhances your ability to engage with clients effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with ProServe Account Executives and Delivery Teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet customer business objectives. You will lead the solution design process, ensuring that proposed solutions are realistic and achievable. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements and guiding them through their cloud journey, from initial discussions to implementation.

You will be responsible for creating tailored solutions that optimize both ProServe and partner resources to maximize customer business outcomes. As a technical subject matter expert, you will share your knowledge with the team, mentoring junior architects and contributing to the development of best practices within the organization.

Your success will be measured by your ability to impact the signing of Statements of Work (SOWs) and the successful implementation of solutions that achieve customer satisfaction goals. You will also stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that your solutions remain innovative and effective.
