Overview

Asana is seeking an Account Executive for their CEE team to drive customer acquisition and retention. You'll manage a portfolio of clients and help them leverage Asana's work management tools. This role requires a proactive approach and strong sales skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in corporate and enterprise environments, and are adept at managing customer relationships. You are driven and adaptable, willing to take risks to achieve success. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams makes you a key player in the sales process. You understand the importance of building a user-driven marketing and sales engine, and you are committed to helping customers evolve from small to larger successes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team focused on maximizing customer value.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively manage and expand a portfolio of customers, serving as their main point of contact. You will hunt for, manage, and close new business opportunities within your book of business, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and leveraging customer champions to expand usage within new teams, identifying and overcoming technical and competitive obstacles, and acting as a voice of the customer to the product team. You will work closely with your team to innovate and drive the Asana revenue engine, consistently scaling the business and maximizing value for customers.
