Metronome is hiring a Solutions Engineer to manage the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from discovery calls to technical scoping. This role requires strong collaboration with sales, growth, and product teams.
You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a solutions engineering or technical sales capacity. You understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with customer needs and can communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and product teams to drive customer success. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are passionate about technology and eager to learn about new tools and platforms that can enhance the customer journey.
As a Solutions Engineer at Metronome, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the technical aspects of our usage-based billing platform. You will engage with potential clients during discovery calls, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their unique needs. You will conduct product demos and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities of our platform. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will help to identify technical requirements and assist in scoping projects to ensure successful implementations. You will also work with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that customers have a seamless onboarding experience and are set up for success with our platform.
