You have 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting VP-level executives or above. Your expertise includes managing complex calendars, arranging travel, and handling expense reports with precision. You are known for your strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously, ensuring that sensitive and confidential information is handled with integrity and discretion. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills reflect a high level of professionalism, and you have a proven track record of meeting deadlines while taking initiative to make confident, well-informed decisions. You possess the ability to notice trends and anticipate the needs of the team, making you an invaluable asset in a fast-paced environment.
