In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site management of the hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure. You will work as part of the Operations team, whose primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include server rack installation, performing hardware break-fix on various components, and troubleshooting network issues. You will also respond to emergent situations that affect operational stability, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will collaborate with other team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain the highest standards of safety and security. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
