You have a strong background in clinical operations management, ideally with experience in virtual healthcare settings. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage teams, ensuring that all members are supported and empowered to deliver exceptional service. You understand the importance of operational KPIs and are committed to achieving them through effective staffing and workflow management. You are adaptable and open to evolving work models, including potential hybrid arrangements in the future.

Desirable

Experience in health insurance or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with workforce management tools. You are comfortable using technology to streamline operations and improve patient experiences. A background in managing diverse teams, including medical assistants and administrative staff, will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Clinical Operations, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a virtual clinical practice, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee a team of medical assistants, administrative assistants, and workforce management analysts, coordinating their efforts to meet clinical and operational KPIs. Your responsibilities will include staffing level management, scheduling coverage, and workflow execution, all aimed at enhancing the patient experience and providing reliable support to providers. You will report directly to the Director of Clinical Operations, collaborating closely to align on strategic goals and operational improvements.

In this role, you will also be responsible for implementing best practices in clinical operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to operational excellence.

What we offer

Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $88,560 to $116,235 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in an unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
