CLEAR is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to lead enterprise selling and strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem. You'll build executive relationships and manage complex sales cycles to modernize identity workflows. This role requires extensive experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in business development, particularly within the healthcare sector, where you've successfully led enterprise sales initiatives and built strong executive relationships. Your expertise in navigating complex sales cycles has equipped you with the skills to effectively pitch, shape deals, and manage contracting processes. You understand the healthcare landscape and are adept at identifying opportunities for modernization in identity workflows that enhance access and security for patients and members.

You are a strategic thinker who can conduct thorough research and deliver competitive intelligence on healthcare business trends. Your ability to partner cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Partner Success, Legal, and Security ensures that business requirements align with existing and future capabilities. You thrive in environments where you can manage existing pipelines while simultaneously building new ones, demonstrating your proactive approach to expanding business opportunities.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate CLEAR's value proposition effectively to potential partners and clients. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to operational teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the sales process. You are driven by results and have a track record of landing new B2B opportunities that broaden the network within client organizations.

Desirable

Experience in identity management solutions or related technologies would be a plus, as would familiarity with the latest trends in healthcare technology. A background in strategic partnerships or enterprise sales within other sectors may also be beneficial, providing you with a diverse perspective on business development strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales process from top to bottom, which includes pitching to potential clients, shaping deals, and managing the contracting and pricing processes. You will be responsible for executing deals that align with CLEAR's mission to create frictionless experiences in the healthcare sector. As you land new B2B opportunities, you will work to deepen relationships within client organizations, expanding CLEAR's network and influence. Your ability to manage existing relationships while pursuing new ones will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also be expected to provide insights and feedback to the product and development teams, helping to shape future offerings based on client needs and market demands.
