Who you are

You have a strong background in business operations and consulting, with a focus on go-to-market strategies. You are an adaptable problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively with clients to assess their current processes and translate their needs into actionable solutions. Your experience includes delivering professional services engagements that align with customer objectives, ensuring that you can effectively manage projects from discovery to implementation. You thrive in environments that require cross-functional collaboration and have a keen understanding of how to leverage data and technology to drive business outcomes.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable conducting audits of existing sales and marketing processes and can identify areas for improvement. Your ability to implement structured frameworks and executable playbooks will enable you to deliver high-impact results for your clients. You are motivated by the challenge of helping organizations optimize their go-to-market efforts and achieve measurable revenue growth.

Desirable

Experience with data integration and automation tools is a plus, as is familiarity with sales and marketing technologies. You may have worked with various CRM systems and understand how to design audience segments and channel execution strategies. What you'll do

As a GTM Consultant at ZoomInfo, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients operationalize their go-to-market strategies. You will deliver professional services engagements that include discovery, scoping, documentation, implementation, and enablement. Your primary responsibility will be to translate client requirements into structured frameworks and workflow diagrams that can be easily understood and executed. You will implement technical solutions that involve data, integrations, routing, workflows, scoring, automation, and audience design.

You will conduct thorough audits of existing sales and marketing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Your role will require you to work closely with clients to ensure that the solutions you implement are tailored to their specific needs and objectives. You will also be responsible for creating repeatable playbooks that drive measurable revenue and operational outcomes, ensuring that clients can sustain their success over time.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with various teams within ZoomInfo, including product and engineering, to ensure that client solutions are aligned with the latest technology and best practices. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, allowing you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to your clients.
