What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Employee Experience team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that help organizations understand and enhance their employee engagement. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions you build are user-friendly and effective. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, working closely with your team to iterate on solutions until the best outcomes are achieved. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to ensure that Qualtrics remains at the forefront of the Experience Management category. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the engineering processes within the team.
